Hand-dyed in Osaka, Japan

Dyed in a vessel,
guided by water and air.

Each piece is dyed by hand,
layer by layer,
creating its own subtle variation of colour.

The soft texture of the cloth remains,
while its expression gently shifts with the light.

No two pieces are exactly alike.

Woven slowly
on looms that have been in use
for over a century.

This cloth cannot be reproduced.

Use a laundry net when machine washing.

Gently reshape and allow to dry naturally.

As natural dyes are used,
subtle variations in colour and expression
may occur from piece to piece.
