Shipping policy

1. Shipping Process:
In-stock items are normally dispatched within three business days after the order is confirmed. Pre-order, made-to-order, and Moon Orders items are dispatched according to the schedule stated on each product page.

2. Shipping Methods:
Domestic orders are shipped by Yamato Transport. International orders are generally shipped by EMS. The shipping method may vary depending on the destination, item, or customs requirements.

3. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout according to the order value, item, and destination. Standard domestic shipping is free for orders of ¥30,000 or more. Some items, including Moon Orders, have separate shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds. International shipping rates and free-shipping conditions are also displayed at checkout according to the destination.

4. Delivery Time:
Domestic orders are normally delivered within one to three days after dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customs clearance, local delivery conditions, weather, and other circumstances may cause delays.

5. Duties & Import Taxes:
International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees depending on the destination. For eligible orders shipped to the United States, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. For other destinations, any duties, taxes, or customs fees not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Tracking Your Order:
When a tracking service is available, a tracking number will be provided after dispatch. You can check the delivery status on the carrier's website.

7. Important Notes:
Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather, natural disasters, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
