Haku
To wear fabric.
We use original washin-zarashi (Japanese bleached cotton) fabric
developed over a decade ago by the third generation owner
at a washin-zarashi weaving mill that has been in business for over 100 years.
This valuable deadstock fabric is no longer in circulation.
It is so soft
and has such a deep texture
you wouldn't believe it's cotton.
As you use it, it will absorb air
and gradually conform to your skin.
No dyeing was performed;
we simply made the most of the fabric's natural texture.
To wear on your person.
To wrap with.
To lay out.
This single piece feels like wearing air.
