As you use it, the expression changes to one that is unique to the owner. The reindeer skin deepens in color, and the pewter becomes crushed and embedded in the skin, increasing its luster. Because the patterns and designs are imbued with meaning, the Sami people wear them as talismans. Just looking at this bracelet gives you a warm feeling, and you'll want to wear it forever.
CLASSIC COLLECTION:
MARIA's sense is shaped by life experience, and in order to preserve the traditional techniques of the Sami people, her roots, which are steadily declining, for the future, she has been working with selected artisans over many years to spread the techniques to fashionable shops around the world.
"DUODJI" is a handicraft made by hand, one piece at a time, using traditional embroidery techniques that have been handed down for hundreds of years since the 16th century by the Sami people, the indigenous people of Lapland in Northern Scandinavia, who are known for their deep-rooted relationship and coexistence with reindeer since ancient times.
