Based on the pants worn by the Gurkha, a mountain tribe of Nepal, the pants are wide like hakama trousers and have a waist belt that opens like thigh highs.

The indigo yarn is woven using four different weaving techniques.
There is almost no color fading, no shrinkage which is typical of linen, and because it is linen, it can be washed in the washing machine.
